SEAPORT NEWS
Is it too early to celebrate Snowport?
After months of speculation and deception (not really), Snowport has officially capitulated and announced that it will be returning to the Seaport for its fifth year on November 10, 2023.
For the uninitiated, Snowport is a magical winter-long event in Seaport that is home to a wide range of activities: iceless curling, a Christmas tree market, tree lighting, and special events like Light Up Seaport and Menorah Lighting. The highlight is most certainly The Holiday Market, which will feature 120+ local businesses and 15+ food and beverage options.
Underrated part of Snowport returning? Betty the Yeti is back! Yes - that pink monstrosity is returning to the streets of Seaport for all of your selfie needs. Grab her when you find her!

SHOP HIGHLIGHT
Blu Dot: good furniture, great flex.
Blu Dot is Seaport’s very own furniture store, our local joint, and boy is it a nice one. In our humble opinion here at TSJ, it is the epitome of quality, design, and functionality. With a reputation for sleek, modern designs and impeccable craftsmanship, owning Blu Dot is not just a statement—it's a flex. Put another way, Blu Dot is like the Seaport of furniture brands…think about it!
Whether you’re living in the Alyx or the Watermark, the Echelon or Via, I guarantee Blu Dot fits the space. Their pieces are the embodiment of contemporary living, designed to transform your space into a sophisticated haven. From iconic seating to innovative storage solutions, Blu Dot furniture is a testament to the art of blending form and function seamlessly.
So go ahead, stop by the Seaport Blu Dot showroom and elevate your Seaport apartment, impress those less-than-savory friends of yours that live in Southie, and experience the ultimate in modern living.

How many burgers is too many?
The winner of the official Seaport Journal Burger Picture contest is…drum roll… Cole! No frills. No smoke and certainly no mirrors. A simple, delicious-looking burger from our local neighborhood spot: Shake Shack.
